Forensic Exercises
This interactive case-based session presents a series of challenging real-world forensic pathology cases from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office in Minnesota. Cases span a wide range of causes and manners of death, including sudden cardiac death, infectious disease, suspicious trauma, and complex scene scenarios. Each case is designed to test diagnostic reasoning and promote discussion of autopsy findings, ancillary testing interpretation, and death certification in scenarios where the answer is not immediately apparent.
